Job Description：

vSeek and screen investment opportunities and explore quality investment projects.

vResponsible for the execution of investment projects, conducting feasibility studies, due diligence, valuation and return analysis of proposed investment projects, and writing relevant investment reports.

vDesign post-investment management and exit plan, post-investment management of invested projects, reveal the risks in project operation and propose corresponding solutions in a timely manner. 

vComplete other work arranged by the company according to the requirements of superiors. 

Job requirements：

vFull-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in electronic information, polymer material, mechanical automation and other engineering disciplines are preferred, compound talents with financial, legal and financial professional background are preferred. 

v5+ years of working experience, including 3+ years of equity investment experience. 

vfamiliar with the whole operation process of equity investment and M&A restructuring, with strong practical operation ability. 

vStrong research and analysis ability as well as good written expression ability. 

vStrong ambition and desire for success, good execution and teamwork spirit.

vCPA qualification / legal professional qualification / CFA Level 2 or above is preferred.
